Withdrawal from Contract
- Download and fill out the form: Provide the order number and the bank account number for your refund.
- Send the form: Email it to info@zlatasicilie.cz or include it in the package.
- Pack the goods: Ensure the goods are undamaged and in their original packaging.
- Ship to our warehouse: Send the package to the address below.
- Refund: Once received, we will return your money within 14 days using the same payment method.
Returns are handled by our logistics partner:

When withdrawal cannot be utilized (Section 1837 of the Civil Code)
The law exempts certain types of goods where hygienic or practical reasons do not allow for returns:
| Type of goods | Why they can't be returned |
|---|---|
| Perishable food | They spoil quickly – it is not possible to put them back on sale. |
| Custom-made goods (bespoke gift boxes) | They were customized to your requirements. |
| Sealed food opened after delivery | Once the protective seal on the bottle or tin is broken, the return is not possible due to health and hygiene protection (Section 1837, point g) |
| Goods past their expiration date | They cannot be resold or donated. |
