We understand that circumstances sometimes change—and if you wish to return goods, we allow withdrawal from the contract within 14 days of receipt, as stipulated by the Czech Civil Code.

How to do it in five steps
- Download and fill out the form
- Provide the order number and the account number where you wish to receive the refund.
- Send the form via email to info@zlatasicilie.cz or by mail to the address below.
- Include the undamaged goods in their original packaging (if you no longer have it, simply pack them carefully).
- Once we receive the shipment, we will return your money within 14 days at the latest using the same method it was received.

When withdrawal cannot be utilized (Section 1837 of the Civil Code)
The law exempts certain types of goods where hygienic or practical reasons do not allow for returns:
| Type of goods | Why they can't be returned |
|---|---|
| Perishable food | They spoil quickly – it is not possible to put them back on sale. |
| Custom-made goods (bespoke gift boxes) | They were customized to your requirements. |
| Sealed food opened after delivery | Once the seal is broken, the goods are no longer hygienically safe. |
| Goods past their expiration date | They cannot be resold or donated. |
